3. What are the occupational health and safety acts for state,

territory and commonwealth and who is responsible for developing

8. What are the major causes of workplace accidents relevant to

the Digital Arts industry work environment

1. R.S.I.(repetitive strain injury)

from staying in one position too long.

2. Electricution.

from putting your fingers where they shouldn't be.

3. Brain(visual) Tumors.

from C.R.T. radiation.

4. Falls.

or not getting up.

9. Locate and reference a resource that explains emergency

evacuation procedures at TAFE (you many scan in if you locate a

paper based resource. Remember to fully reference)

Move quietly and calmly wth your class to the Carpark at the

rear of the TAFE institute. Remain calm in your class groups and

be aware of where your teacher is. As we did onFRI

12-08-05.


NB: During the project I will observe how you work and will

discuss any occupational health and safety concerns that I might

have with you. You cannot pass this subject if do not

demonstrate safe working practices during the class sessions.

Technical Requirements

This website must be fully hand coded in xHTML transitional (ie

do NOT use Dreamweaver or any other HTML editor) The website

must be between 2 – 9 pages depending on your chosen site

structure.

It must include:-
• extensive formatting (text formatting, lists, use of colour

etc)
• tables
• links
• images

The site must be tested and saved in appropriate file & folder

structure.

You must fully reference anything obtained from external

sources. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
